Maintenance Electrician

Maintenance Electrician Location: Glasgow (Covering Central Belt) Salary: Up to £47,000 per annum Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Overview We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a global Facilities Management provider delivering services across commercial contracts throughout Glasgow and the Central Belt. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems * Respond to reactive maintenance and fault-finding tasks * Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently * Carry out minor installations and project works where required * Ensure all works are completed in line with statutory compliance and health & safety regulations * Complete job reports and documentation accurately * Participate in a 1 in 4 on-call rota * Provide excellent service to clients across commercial sites Requirements * Fully qualified Electrician (SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential) * Experience working within commercial maintenance environments * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills * Experience working on PPM and reactive maintenance contracts * Full UK driving licence * Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Desirable * Testing & Inspection (2391 or equivalent) * Previous experience within Facilities Management * IPAF / PASMA What’s on Offer * Salary up to £47,000 (DOE) * 1 in 4 on-call rota * Overtime opportunities * Commercial contract portfolio * Career progression within a global FM provider * Stable, long-term opportunity
