Maintenance Plumber Location: Glasgow Salary: £38,000 per annum Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Benefits: Company Van Provided Overview We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join a growing team delivering reactive and planned maintenance services across domestic properties and housing association contracts throughout Glasgow. This is a permanent, full-time role offering consistent local work, a company van, and long-term stability within a well-established organisation. Key Responsibilities * Carry out reactive plumbing repairs within domestic and social housing properties * Complete planned maintenance works as scheduled * Diagnose faults and provide effective repair solutions * Carry out installations and replacements of plumbing systems and components * Repair pipework, leaks, taps, toilets, showers, cylinders, and associated fixtures * Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations * Accurately complete job reports and paperwork * Deliver excellent customer service when working within occupied properties * Maintain company vehicle and equipment responsibly Requirements * Proven experience as a Maintenance Plumber within domestic or social housing environments * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills * Experience working in occupied properties * Full UK driving licence (essential) * Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively * Good communication skills and professional manner Desirable * Experience working on housing association contracts * Relevant plumbing qualifications (SVQ/NVQ or equivalent) * Knowledge of compliance and health & safety standards within social housing What’s on Offer * £38,000 annual salary * Company van provided * Full-time, permanent position * Local Glasgow-based work * Stable, long-term opportunity
