My client is hiring for a Mandarin Speaking Operations Liaison to join their clinic team. You will act as the key point of contact between patients, clinicians and external partners, ensuring a seamless and high-quality patient journey. This role combines operations, coordination, and client service, with a strong focus on communication and attention to detail. Title: Mandarin Speaking Operations Liaison Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: (phone number removed) Location: London / UK Working Style: Fully on Site Key Responsibilities Coordinate appointments between patients and doctors (internal & external) Provide Mandarin-English translation support during consultations when needed Liaise with hospitals, diagnostic centres and specialists for referrals and follow-ups Track test results and ensure smooth patient pathways Support patients throughout their journey, including accompanying them to external appointments where required Assist with documentation, including translating medical letters Deliver a high-end, professional patient experience both in person and over the phone Key Requirement Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English and Mandarin Highly organised with the ability to multitask A proactive, hands-on approach with strong ownership High emotional intelligence and a patient-centric mindset Able to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Clinical or healthcare exposure is a plus, but not essential
