Air Conditioning Engineer – Glasgow & Ayrshire Location: Glasgow & Ayrshire Salary: Up to £42,000 + Annual Bonus Company Van (Personal Use Allowed) Overtime: Paid at Time & ½ Holiday: 25 Days + Bank Holidays Door-to-Door Travel Paid FM Search & Select are currently working with a leading Facilities Management provider who are looking to recruit an Air Conditioning Engineer to cover a portfolio of sites across Glasgow and Ayrshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced AC Engineer looking for a stable role within a well-established FM company offering strong earning potential and a great benefits package. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial sites. Key Responsibilities * Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems * Fault finding and repair of AC equipment * Servicing and maintaining a range of split systems, VRV/VRF and associated plant * Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations * Completing service reports and maintenance documentation * Providing high levels of customer service on site Requirements * Proven experience working as an Air Conditioning Engineer within a commercial or FM environment * FGas certification * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills * Full UK driving licence What’s On Offer * Salary up to £42,000 * Door-to-door travel paid * Annual bonus scheme * Overtime paid at time & a half * Company van (available for personal use) * 25 days holiday + bank holidays If you are an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer looking for your next opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
