Carpenter & Plumber Multi-Trader  Location: Brent Rate: £24.23 per hour Contract: Temp to Perm We are currently recruiting for a Carpenter & Plumber Multi-Trader to carry out repairs and maintenance within social housing properties across the Brent area. This is a temp to perm opportunity, offering long-term stability and excellent benefits. Key Requirements Proven experience in multiple trades, specifically carpentry and plumbing Competent using a wide range of hand and power tools Strong knowledge of trade techniques, materials, and health & safety protocols Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good problem-solving skills and clear communication Physically fit and able to complete manual work Social housing maintenance experience is desirable Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Brent Full UK driving license is essential What’s on offer £24.23 per hour Company van and fuel card Temp to perm opportunity To apply, please send your CV to: (url removed) Or call: (phone number removed)
