We are seeking a dynamic Nursing Home Manager to lead our Chelmsford facility, ensuring top-tier service for residents and fostering a positive environment for staff. About the Role: As the Nursing Home Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our Chelmsford facility, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining high-quality patient care and enhancing staff performance, ultimately impacting the lives of those in our care. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the nursing home staff to deliver exceptional care. * Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulations. * Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency. * Oversee budget management and resource allocation. * Foster a positive and collaborative environment for staff and residents. * Address and resolve issues related to patient care and staff performance. * Liaise with families to ensure clear communication and satisfaction. * Monitor and evaluate service delivery for continuous improvement. Key Requirements: * Proven leadership skills in a healthcare setting. * Strong communication abilities with staff, residents, and families. * In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and CQC standards. * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Experience in staff management and development. * Organizational skills to manage facility operations effectively. Desirable Skills: * Experience in change management and process improvement. * Ability to develop and implement innovative care strategies. * Familiarity with budgeting and financial management in a healthcare environment. Qualifications: * Must be nurse qualified with a valid PIN. * Currently CQC registered as a Nursing Home Manager. * Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field preferred.
