I’m currently supporting a really exciting opportunity with a £50 Million Turnover Contractor who work across Education, Residential, Healthcare, Commercial and Cladding Remediation sectors throughout London and the South East.
The Company
Due to their 200% Growth in the last 12 months with extensive workloads they are looking for motivated individuals to join their ever growing preconstruction/Office department.
The Opportunity
They’re now looking to appoint an office based Document Controller to play a key role in their London expansion.
The role will involve managing and maintaining project documentation. The role ensures that all drawings, specifications, and project records are accurately controller, distributed, and archive in line with company procedures. You will work closely with surveyors, contract managers, and project teams to ensure document control processes are followed efficiently and consistently.
Requirements:
* Strong working knowledge of Tribal Viewpoint
* Can Commute to Waterloo Office
