Are you a dedicated and passionate Speech & Language Therapist looking to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with additional needs? Hays Education is working in partnership with a wide network of SEN schools across the London area, and we are recruiting skilled SaLT professionals for both long-term and permanent roles.About the OpportunitiesWe support a variety of specialist settings, including:
Autism-specific provisions
Complex needs and PMLD schools
SEMH and communication-focused environments
Mainstream schools with specialist resource basesRoles are available across all London boroughs, offering full-time, part-time, and flexible start dates.What You'll Be DoingAs a Speech & Language Therapist working through Hays Education, you will:
Deliver targeted communication interventions
Work as part of multi-disciplinary teams (OTs, EPs, SEN teachers, support staff)
Develop communication plans and therapy programmes
Support EHCP processes and assessments
Help pupils build confidence, independence, and essential life skillsWhat We're Looking For
HCPC-registered Speech & Language Therapists
Experience working with children or young people (SEN experience desirable but not essential)
Strong communication and collaborative working skills
