Children’s Home Registered Manager – Liverpool Location: Liverpool & Greater Merseyside Salary: £45,000 – £75,000 per annum + bonus BRB Recruit are working with a number of children’s homes across Greater Merseyside, ranging from solo, dual, and multi-bed homes. We are looking to speak with passionate, experienced Deputy Managers and Registered Managers who are ready for a new opportunity to utilise and expand their experience. Why This Role? * Salary from £45,000 up to £75,000 per annum + bonus * Opportunities across a variety of homes (solo, dual, multi-bed) * Supportive organisations with strong leadership structures * Chance to lead and shape environments that genuinely change lives Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage a children’s home, ensuring high standards of care * Support and develop staff teams to deliver outstanding outcomes * Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards * Create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for children * Embed therapeutic approaches into everyday practice * Build strong relationships with local authorities and external partners * Monitor and improve outcomes for children and young people Requirements: * Level 3 in Children & Young People (essential) * Level 5 in Leadership & Management (preferred) * Experience as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager in residential childcare * Strong knowledge of regulations, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards * Proven ability to lead teams and manage a home effectively * Passion for supporting children and young people to succeed If you’re a driven leader who understands the importance of therapeutic care, strong leadership, and positive outcomes, and you’re ready for your next move, we want to hear from you
