Residential Children Team Leader

Children’s Home Senior – Liverpool Location: Liverpool Salary: £35,000 per annum OR £14.50 per hour + £60 per sleep-in BRB Recruit are working with a well-established children’s home in Liverpool looking for a Children’s Home Senior to join their dedicated team. This is a hands-on role where you will support the day-to-day running of the home, help deliver high-quality care to children, and provide guidance and leadership to staff on shift. Key Responsibilities: * Support children and young people in line with care plans * Lead and mentor staff on shift, ensuring best practice is followed * Ensure compliance with safeguarding, Ofsted standards, and internal policies * Contribute to maintaining a safe, nurturing, and structured environment * Complete accurate records, reports, and handovers * Support therapeutic and positive approaches embedded in daily practice Requirements: * Level 3 in Children & Young People (essential) * Full UK driving licence (essential) * Strong understanding of how to support children in residential homes * Previous experience in a senior role within children’s residential care * Confident, hands-on, and able to lead by example What’s on Offer: * Salary: £35,000 per annum OR £14.50 per hour * Sleep-in pay: £60 per night * Work in a supportive and established home * Opportunity to make a real difference in children’s lives If you’re a motivated, experienced senior ready to lead on shift and provide high-quality care, apply today
