Operations Manager

Role: Operations Manager Location: Tottenham Hours: Full-time Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Operations Manager to join our client's successful team. Duties of an Operations Manager: Manage day-to-day production operations and ensure orders are processed on time. Lead and develop production teams, including recruitment, training, and performance management. Monitor KPIs (productivity, quality, costs) and implement improvements. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and company policies. Support the General Manager in driving a profitable, efficient, and well-run site. Promote a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
