The Opportunity
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Programme Planner to build and maintain integrated schedules that provide a clear, trusted view of delivery progress. You will be the architect of our client's master schedule, ensuring that milestones, dependencies, and risks are mapped accurately to support high-level decision-making.
What You'll Do
Master Scheduling: Develop and control integrated programme and project schedules using industry-standard planning tools.
Governance: Manage stage gates, baselines, and change control to ensure we meet rigorous governance standards.
Insights & Reporting: Produce high-impact reporting packs and dashboards that translate complex schedules into actionable insights.
Collaboration: Facilitate planning workshops and engage closely with Project Teams, the PMO, and senior stakeholders.
Risk Management: Proactively identify schedule risks and manage critical cross-workstream dependencies.
What You'll Bring
Expertise: Proven experience in programme or portfolio planning within complex, multi-project environments.
Technical Toolkit: Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Jira, Excel, and PowerBI.
Methodology: A solid understanding of MSP, PRINCE2, or Agile frameworks.
Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a collaborative setting.
What Sets You Apart
Professional certifications in Project or Programme Management.
Experience working within enterprise PMO environments or with BPO contracts.
