Press Punch Operative Required

We are currently recruiting for a Press Punch Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing team based in Hixon. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing or engineering experience who are looking for a long weekend every week with a permanent Monday to Thursday shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities

* Operating press punch machinery safely and efficiently

* Loading and unloading materials

* Reading and following work instructions and drawings

* Conducting basic quality checks on finished products

* Ensuring production targets are met

* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

* Reporting any machine faults or quality issues

Requirements

* Previous press punch, press brake, or manufacturing experience preferred

* Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

* Good attention to detail

* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
