Primary Teacher - Year 2 Class Teacher

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Year 2 Class Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school from April 2026.

This role is initially temporary, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate-making it an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to secure a long-term position.

The Role:

Full-time Year 2 Class Teacher position
Deliver engaging, creative lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Assess, track, and support pupil progress
Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the wider school communityThe Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold QTS or be due to qualify
Have a genuine passion for teaching Key Stage 1
Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
Be enthusiastic, committed, and adaptable
