Job Title: Product Specialist (Construction Parts)

Location: Biggleswade

Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on experience + Profit Share + Benefits

Hybrid Working after probation

Do you have experience with construction equipment parts, plant machinery or compact earth-moving equipment?

We’re looking for a Product Specialist to join a market-leading business, providing technical product support and advice across a specialist construction parts range.

The Role

Respond to technical customer enquiries
Prepare quotations and recommend suitable parts
Support customers with online ordering/webshop use
Monitor market trends and competitor pricing
Analyse sales data and product performance
Work with internal teams to improve product offering

About You

You’ll ideally have experience in:

Construction equipment parts
Plant machinery or agricultural machinery
Equipment servicing, maintenance or repair
Technical parts sales or product support

Skills needed:

Strong technical knowledge of serviceable parts
Good understanding of compact construction equipment
Commercial awareness and pricing knowledge
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Good IT skills
