Location: Biggleswade
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Profit Share
Hours: Hybrid Working after probation
Do you have experience with outdoor power equipment, grass care machinery, forestry equipment or landscaping parts?
We’re recruiting for a Product Specialist to join a market-leading business, supporting customers and internal teams with technical product expertise across the Grass Care, Forest & Landscape sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong knowledge of serviceable parts, consumables and accessories for machinery such as handheld tools, ride-on equipment and attachments.
The Role
Provide technical product support and advice to customers
• Respond to incoming enquiries and recommend suitable products
• Prepare quotations and support product selection
• Assist customers with webshop and online ordering
• Monitor market trends, pricing and competitor activity
• Analyse sales data and product performance
About You
You may have experience in:
Outdoor power equipment
• Grass care or landscaping machinery
• Forestry equipment
• Agricultural machinery
• Technical parts sales or product supportSkills needed:
Strong knowledge of serviceable parts and consumables
Experience with machinery maintenance and repair
Knowledge of brands such as Stihl, Husqvarna or Honda
Commercial awareness and pricing knowledge
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Good IT and systems knowledge
