Apply NowA fantastic opportunity to join growing engineering and manufacturing business is looking for a hands-on Production Engineer to support manufacturing operations, improve production processes, and drive continuous improvement across the shop floor.
This is a varied role involving NPI support, root cause analysis, production troubleshooting, quality improvement, and engineering documentation. You’ll work closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high quality standards.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Production or Manufacturing Engineering role
* CAD software experience
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Engineering qualification (HNC/Degree preferred)
* Hands-on engineering mindset with good attention to detail
Ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced manufacturing environment and wants to play a key role in improving production performance.
