Production Supervisor Rugby (Near A45) 0700 – 1600 – Mon – Fri £29K - £32K Full Time – Permanent Job One of our manufacturing clients has created a new role for an Assistant Production Manager/ Production Supervisor to support a very busy production manager. This is a unique role where you help with production planning, looking at the production processes, operating some machinery yourself, planning labour and dealing with stock. Stock control is a huge part of this role so checking stocks of packaging, tools, raw material and keeping levels right to match production. This is a great role for someone who has maybe been a production team leader but now looking to take the next step in their career or an existing Assistant Production Manager looking to moving into a bigger company.
