Project Coordinator
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our customer journey—ensuring smooth onboarding, high-quality project delivery, and an outstanding client experience from day one. You’ll collaborate closely with our Head of Implementation, as well as teams across Sales and Service Delivery, making a real impact on how we support our customers.

What You’ll Do

Lead and coordinate end-to-end customer implementations

Run client meetings and gather system requirements
*
Manage timelines, milestones, and project documentation
*
Keep communication flowing between customers and internal teams
*
Identify risks early and keep projects on track
*
Support customers, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction
*
Keep systems (Jira, SharePoint, trackers) accurate and up to date
What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and customer-facing skills
*
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
*
Confident leading meetings and capturing requirements
*
Highly organised with great attention to detail
Bonus if you have:

2+ years in a similar role
*
SaaS / IT / compliance experience
