Mentor and support junior team members.

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as an Insurance Broker, specifically within commercial insurance.

Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products.
*
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
*
A confident and proactive approach to business development.
*
Ability to build rapport and manage client relationships effectively.
*
Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., Cert CII) would be advantageous.
