Project Manager

We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Project Managers with a strong background in ductwork systems to join a growing team. This is a site-based role, requiring a hands-on approach to successfully deliver high-value, complex projects. We are looking for 3 x Project Managers for high value projects in the Midlands, Anglia and South West A highly competitive lodging allowance is provided to support candidates working away from home, ensuring flexibility and comfort while on assignment.. Key Responsibilities · Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ductwork and ventilation projects from inception to completion · Take a hands-on, site-based role in managing day-to-day operations and driving project progress · Manage high-value projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to specification · Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and alignment · Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards and best practices · Monitor project performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies · Manage procurement, subcontractors, and supply chain activities · Provide regular progress and financial reports to senior stakeholders · Ensure all work is delivered to the highest quality standards Candidate Requirements · Proven experience as a Project Manager within the ductwork or HVAC industry · Strong track record of successfully delivering high-value, site-based projects · Hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the front on-site · Excellent technical knowledge of ductwork systems and installation processes · Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills · Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in fast-paced environments · Commercially astute with solid budget and cost management experience · Willingness to travel and work across multiple UK locations
