Permanent D&B Fit-Out Project Manager Opportunity The Company • Exciting and growing commercial fit-out and refurbishment contractor operating across London in the D&B market • Trading for 5 years and building a strong reputation within the commercial workspace sector • Delivering CAT A & CAT B projects typically ranging from £0–£5m • Known for delivering high-quality workplace environments for commercial clients • Specialising in Design & Build projects, managing schemes from concept through to completion The Role • Manage multiple commercial fit-out & D&B projects up to £5m in value • Involved across pre-construction and project delivery • Support pre-contract activity, tenders and client interviews • Oversee site delivery through to completion and handover • Coordinate internal teams, consultants and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction Package • Competitive base salary and performance-related bonus • Excellent opportunity for career progression within a growing company
