A specialist construction consultancy is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their London office. The Project Quantity Surveyor will deliver professional quantity surveying services across commercial and residential developments. This Project Quantity Surveyor role offers responsibility for managing projects from feasibility through to final account, working within an established quantity surveying team. The Project Quantity Surveyor will be based in London, supporting clients with cost planning, procurement and full quantity surveying advice throughout the project lifecycle. The Company? The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will join an independent consultancy operating across London and the South East. The Project Quantity Surveyor will work with a range of private sector clients, providing structured quantity surveying and cost management services across multiple sectors. This Project Quantity Surveyor position offers exposure to both pre and post contract duties within a collaborative team environment. The Role As the Project Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of projects from inception to completion. The role will include: Preparation of cost plans and feasibility estimates Delivering pre and post contract quantity surveying services Administering contracts under JCT forms Managing procurement processes and tender documentation Preparing valuations, variations and final accounts Attending client and design team meetings Reporting on project financial performance The Project Quantity Surveyor? You will be an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor with a strong understanding of the London construction market.
