Psychology Graduate TA

Psychology Graduate TA: Location - Chorley (PR7) Pay - £475-£550 per week, depending on experience Start Date - 23/03/2026, or ASAP Contract Type - Temp to Perm Are you a recent Psychology graduate looking to pursue a career in education? We are currently working with a large SEN provision to recruit for Learning Support Assistants on a temp to perm basis. Role Responsibilities: * Support pupils on a 1:1 basis, and in small groups to encourage academic and emotional development * Build rapport with students, parents and other staff members * Prepare and implement learning resources alongside the class teacher Role Requirements: * A recent degree or masters in Psychology * Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided) * Previous experience supporting complex needs is desired but not essential To Be Eligible You Must: * Hold the Right to Work in the UK * Have an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service (or be willing to apply) * Be able to provide two professional child-related references Please submit your up-to-date CV to be considered.
