Quality Manager

Reginald Gray is continuing to partner with an established principal contractor with a strong presence in the high-end construction sector. Their portfolio spans prime residential, private education, and high-specification hospitality and leisure developments, with projects typically ranging from £3m to £30m. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, the business is now seeking a Quality Manager to oversee multiple live projects. This role will suit either an individual from a dedicated quality background or a Site Manager looking to move into a more quality-focused position. The role will involve working across several sites, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained throughout all stages of construction. A meticulous eye for detail is essential, particularly in relation to high-end finishes and the delivery of premium, design-led schemes. Key Responsibilities: * Overseeing quality across multiple live projects * Implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes and procedures * Carrying out regular site inspections and audits * Working closely with site teams to ensure high standards are achieved * Identifying and resolving quality issues throughout the build process * Ensuring finishes meet the expectations of high-end clients Requirements: * Background in quality management or experience as a Site Manager within high-end construction * Strong attention to detail, particularly with finishes * Experience working on complex, high-specification projects * Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities * Excellent communication and organisational skills For more information or a confidential discussion, please get in touch
