Quantity Surveyor

Reginald Gray is continuing to partner with an established principal contractor with a strong presence in the high-end construction sector. Their portfolio spans prime residential, private education, and high-specification hospitality and leisure developments, with projects typically ranging from £3m to £30m. Due to a recent influx of project wins, the business is looking to appoint two Project Quantity Surveyors to support their growing workload. This is an opportunity to join a contractor delivering complex, design-led schemes, working across both new build and refurbishment projects. Key Responsibilities: * Managing project costs from pre-construction through to final account * Procurement of subcontractors and package management * Preparation and agreement of valuations and variations * Cost reporting and financial control across projects * Working closely with project teams to ensure successful delivery Requirements: * Proven experience at Project Quantity Surveyor level * Background in delivering complex construction projects * Experience across both new build and refurbishment schemes * Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail * Previous experience on Oxford-based projects would be advantageous For more information or a confidential discussion, please get in touch
