Receptionist
Receptionist – Glasgow (3-Month Contract, 30 Hours per Week) Orion Group is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Receptionist to join their team in Glasgow on a 3-month contract. This role is Monday to Thursday, 30 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for staff, contractors, and clients Meet and greet visitors, ensuring a professional front-of-house experience Maintain filing systems and update office databases Handle general filing and record keeping Provide progress and activity reporting as required Monitor and manage the site-specific Facilities inbox, assigning tasks accordingly Operate the UK switchboard: answer, transfer calls, and relay messages Process incoming and outgoing post and courier deliveries Liaise with building management when necessaryRequirements: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office / Office 365 Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Proactive problem solver with a positive, can-do attitude Excellent organisational and time management abilities High attention to detail A collaborative team player with a willingness to learn People are our business worldwide Orion Group was founded in 1987 and is now one of the largest, independent, international recruitment companies.
