Occupancy: 2 CYP, been within the home for several years and very settled

Ofsted: GOOD

Company: Small, independent provider with homes all rated GOOD

Therapeutic Model: Using PACE and DDP
* Dual Registration also an option should this be of interest
* Will also consider a Manager in Training - this role will offer structured support whilst training towards becoming a Registered Manager
🔍 What we're looking for:
*
Significant experience within children’s residential care, including minimum 1 year at Deputy Manager level or above
*
Confident leadership: Hands-on experience leading teams supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and/ or Learning Disabilities (LD)
*
A therapeutic ethos: your overall mindset, values, and way of working with children that promotes healing, emotional safety and wellbeing
*
Strong understanding of relevant legislation, safeguarding responsibilities, and Ofsted requirements
*
A dedicated drive to maintain outstanding standards in care quality and regulatory compliance
*
Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
*
Level 5 n Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or currently working toward this)
*
A full and clean Driving License
*
