The Role We are looking for an experienced Roofer to join our skilled trades team. The successful candidate will carry out a range of roofing works across high-end residential and commercial properties in London, ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and excellent client service. Minimum Requirements: * Must reside within 1-hour travel from Fulham, SW London area. * At least 3–5 years’ roofing experience (residential and/or commercial). * Strong knowledge of both pitched (slate, tile) and flat roofing systems (felt, asphalt, liquid, GRP, EPDM). * Experience in roofline systems (fascias, soffits, guttering). * Reactive roofing, problem solving and ensuring properties are left watertight. * Level 2 NVQ in roofing preferred * Valid CSCS card. * Full, clean UK driving licence (essential). * Experience in leadwork and heritage roofing. * Ability to work at height, in confined spaces, and in all weather conditions. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Highly motivated and able to work on their own as well as part of a team. * Excellent communication and customer service skills essential. Duties & Responsibilities: * Inspect, repair, and install various roofing systems (pitched and flat roofs). * Identify and fix leaks, damaged tiles/slates, flashing, gutters, and roofline systems. * Carry out roofing works to high standards of finish, complying with health and safety regulations. * Work on scaffolding, ladders, and other access equipment safely. * Accurately complete job reports and communicate progress/issues to the office. * Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working order. * Ensure sites are left tidy and secure after works are completed. * Deliver excellent customer service and represent EPS values (Communication, Integrity, Humility, Respect). What We Offer: Fixed Hours with Overtime Options: Work from 8 am-5 pm, Monday to Friday. Competitive Salary: From £200 - £220 per day, depending on experience.
