Working Foreman

Job Title: Working Foreman – High-End Residential Location: London Salary: Up to £55k About the Role Our client are looking for an experienced Working Foreman to join our growing team delivering high-end residential projects across London. This role is ideal for a hands-on foreman with a strong carpentry background who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and can lead by example on site. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations reporting into a contracts manager while also being actively involved in the work, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to the highest standard, and in line with client expectations. Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily site operations on high-end residential projects * Lead and coordinate subcontractors and trades on site * Carry out hands-on carpentry work when required * Ensure all works are completed to a high standard of finish * Maintain site health & safety and ensure compliance with regulations * Liaise with project managers, designers, and clients where required * Manage site logistics, materials, and deliveries * Maintain programme and ensure deadlines are met Requirements * Proven experience as a Working Foreman or Senior Carpenter on high-end residential projects * Strong carpentry background with excellent attention to detail * Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications * Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating trades * Strong organisational and communication skills * Valid CSCS card (SSSTS or SMSTS preferred) * First Aid * Reliable, professional, and quality-focused What's On Offer * Competitive salary based on experience * Opportunity to work on prestigious high-end residential projects * Supportive and professional team environment * Long-term opportunities within a growing company
