Salary: Up to £32,000 per year (depending on experience, qualifications, and hours)

About the Role:
Lead your own room in a well-established Culham nursery, delivering outstanding Early Years provision and supporting your team to achieve high standards of care and education.
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
Level 3 or above in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised)
Proven experience in a room leader or senior practitioner role
Strong knowledge of EYFS framework and child development
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage your designated room
Plan and deliver engaging EYFS activities
Supervise and mentor room staff
Act as Key Person for a group of children
Monitor and track children's development
Build positive relationships with parents and families
Ensure safeguarding and health & safety compliance
Support staff training and development
Maintain high-quality learning environments
