Sales Administrator – Redhill, Surrey – Up to £33,000 (DOE)
Monday to Friday | 7:30am – 5:00pm | Full-Time, Permanent
We’re working with a growing and well-established business to recruit a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join their team in Redhill. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator or someone with strong administration, sales support, or operations experience to step into a varied and fast-paced role.
The Role
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting both sales and operations, ensuring projects and orders run smoothly from enquiry through to completion. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented Sales Administrator who thrives in a busy construction environment and enjoys being at the heart of coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
* Prepare, issue, and follow up on accurate quotations
* Process orders and maintain detailed and up-to-date records
* Update CRM systems and internal databases
* Schedule jobs and coordinate timelines
* Support sales and operations teams with day-to-day administration
* Handle customer queries relating to live projects
* Assist in improving internal processes and workflows
* Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards
Skills & Experience (Essential):
* Previous experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role
* Experience in sales support or operations administration
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Desirable:
* Experience within the construction industry
