Sales Manager - Cyber Security Location: Dubai Marina (Fully office-based) Salary: 35,000 - 50,000 AED per month (depending on experience) Bonus: 20% of gross profit About the Role We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join a growing cyber security consultancy and technology firm. This senior role combines hands-on new business sales with sales team leadership, focusing on expanding relationships with large SME enterprises. You will take ownership of revenue growth, managing the full sales lifecycle while building a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate a sales team to consistently exceed revenue targets Personally drive new business acquisition and deal closure Build and leverage existing client relationships to generate recurring and referral business Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposals, negotiation, and close Sell integrated cyber security solutions across Advisory, GRC, Security Maturity, Data Privacy, and Technology Implementation Collaborate with consulting and technical teams to deliver tailored client solutions Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting Identify market trends, client risks, and emerging cyber security opportunitiesWhat We're Looking For Proven experience as a Sales Manager within cyber security or technology services Strong track record of closing new business sales Experience selling to large SME organisations Existing business relationships and network within Dubai Demonstrated experience managing and developing sales teams Strong consultative and solution-based selling skills Confident leader with excellent communication and negotiation ability Must be currently based in Dubai Comfortable working in a fully office-based roleWhat's on Offer Competitive base salary (35,000 - 50,000 AED per month) Performance-based bonus: 20% of gross profit Clear annual target with strong earning potential Senior role with direct influence on company growth Opportunity to sell comprehensive cyber security solutions aligned to regional and global compliance standards
