SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Selly Oak, Birmingham, B29 Weekly Pay: £480 - £500 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm (term time only) Start Date: ASAP Contract: Long-term, Temp-to-PermLong Term Futures is seeking an adaptable SEN Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming, inclusive, two-form-entry primary school, rated Good by Ofsted, in Selly Oak. The role is long-term with the potential to become permanent for the right candidates. The Role Supporting children across Year 3 and Year 4 with a range of SEN needs. Provide small-group and 1:1 support for children with ASD,SEMH, communication needs and learning difficulties Support interventions focused on reading comprehension, writing, numeracy and social skills Help pupils stay engaged, regulated and confident in class Work collaboratively with teachers to adapt tasks and provide accessible learningWhat the School is Looking For?
