Year 5 Teacher

Supply Heroes are looking for a full-time class teacher in year 5 to join a vibrant and friendly primary school in Selly Oak, Birmingham. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and have a knack for making learning fun and engaging. This role will be starting after easter and will run until the end of the academic year. The Role The successful candidate will: * Plan and deliver engaging and relevant lessons that meet the needs of all learners * Assess student progress on a regular basis * Support students' social and emotional development * Identify students who may need additional support and connecting them with the resources they need * Work effectively with other teachers, administrators, and support staff to create a positive and supportive learning environment for all students The Ideal Candidate Supply Heroes are looking for someone who: * Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) * Has experience or interest in Upper Key Stage 2 * Experience of teaching in KS2 * Enthusiastic and passionate about teaching * Creative and innovative in their teaching methods * Able to build positive relationships with students * A team player who is willing to collaborate with others * A good communicator who is able to explain concepts clearly * Flexible and adaptable to the pupils needs * Have a teaching qualification to teach in the UK ECTs are welcome to apply.
