SEND Teacher (Autism / SEMH) Location: Surrey Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £44,000 – £53,000 About the Role An expanding specialist education provider is seeking a passionate and resilient SEND Teacher (Autism / SEMH) to join a newly established secondary school supporting pupils aged 11–16. This role focuses on delivering a nurture-based, structured and personalised learning approach for young people with: * Autism (ASC) * Social communication needs * Emotional regulation challenges & Sensory processing differences You will play a key role in creating a safe, consistent and engaging learning environment where students can thrive both academically and emotionally. Key Responsibilities * Deliver high-quality, differentiated teaching tailored to individual needs * Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned to the national curriculum * Support pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour strategies * Set, monitor and review individual targets and EHCP outcomes * Work collaboratively with therapists, support staff and leadership teams * Monitor progress and provide clear reporting to stakeholders. Contribute to EHCP reviews, PEPs and LAC meeting.
