Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer Ref. They are actively searching for a professional, confident Senior Civil Engineer to contribute to a growing team working on technically-challenging and ambitious projects. You will be based near the vibrant, modern district of Stratford, London. Benefits for the role of Senior Civil Engineer include (but are not limited to): Competitive salary and pension scheme Generous annual leave Hybrid/flexible working prospects Excellent career progression prospects Involvement with exciting, high-profile projects Supportive, collaborative working environment Responsibilities for the role of Senior Civil Engineer include: Lead the design and coordination of drainage, highways and external works packages Deliver detailed surface water and foul drainage strategies (including SuDS) Prepare technical drawings and models using AutoCAD and Revit Coordinate designs alongside structural teams using integrated BIM workflows Undertake Section 104, 38 and 278 submissions Liaise with clients, architects and statutory authorities Mentor junior engineers and review technical outputs Contribute to programme management and resource planning Required skills and experience for the role of Senior Civil Engineer include: Educated to Degree-level in Civil Engineering Considerable UK-based consultancy experience Strong drainage and infrastructure design capability Proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of Revit Good understanding of UK design standards and adoption processes Strong communication and client-facing skills Hold a full, valid UK Driving Licence Desirable skills and experience for the role of Senior Civil Engineer include: An advanced qualification in a relevant field of study Possess Chartered Status, or actively working to attain this Experience of working in high-density urban environments If you are interested in the role of Senior Civil Engineer, please do not hesitate to contact Caroline Davis at Penguin Recruitment.
