Senior Drylining Quantity Surveyor

Our client is an established and growing interiors contractor delivering high-value commercial fit-out projects across London and the South East. They are looking to bring in a Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in the commercial delivery of projects, working closely with both site and pre-construction teams. The Role Manage the full commercial lifecycle from pre-construction through to final account Produce CVRs, cost reports, cash flow forecasts and valuations Manage subcontract procurement, tendering and appointment Administer JCT / NEC contracts and ensure compliance Handle variations, change control and commercial negotiations Monitor project costs and ensure profitability is maintained Identify and mitigate commercial risks Attend client and internal meetings Project & Sector Experience Experience working on interior packages is highly beneficial, including: Drylining Partitions Suspended ceilings Flooring packages Doors & joinery Acoustic systems About You Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within interiors / fit-out Strong understanding of commercial processes and cost management Experience working across multiple packages on commercial projects Knowledge of JCT / NEC contracts Degree qualified or equivalent What’s on Offer Hybrid working Competitive salary Bonus scheme 25 days holiday + bank holidays Private medical insurance Additional benefits package
