The Role
As a Senior Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:
* Servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on a range of fire alarm systems
* Commissioning fire alarm systems to a high standard
* Supporting junior engineers and acting as a technical lead when required
* Ensuring all work complies with industry regulations and company standards
* Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
Key Requirements
* Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer within the fire and security industry
* Strong commissioning experience with fire alarm systems (essential)
* In-depth knowledge of fire safety standards and regulations
* Ability to work independently across a designated patch
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
