Senior Pensions Lead Location: London Salary: £47,000 (DOE) Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Very flexible working - only 1-2 days a week in the office! The Role - We are seeking an experienced Senior Pensions Lead to take ownership of day-to-day pension operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance and exceptional service delivery. Key Duties: Reconcile pension data and investigate discrepancies Manage month-end pension processes and contribution submissions Liaise with pension providers and resolve complex queries Process retirement quotes and support pension-related enquiries Ensure compliance with NHS Pension scheme regulations Utilise advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) to analyse and validate data Drive process improvements and maintain high data integrityAbout You: Essential: NHS Pensions experience Exceptional pensions knowledge Advanced Excel and data analysis skills Tech savvy with payroll/pension systems experience Confident communicator with a proactive, "go-getter" attitude USS and SAUL experience (desirable) Ready to take the lead and make a real impact?
