Our client is a specialist contractor delivering structural alterations, reinforced concrete frames and groundworks. They’re looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a data centre project. Relevant data centre experience is preferred.
The Role:
You’ll manage the commercial aspects of the project, working closely with the project and site teams to keep costs controlled and contracts on track.
General Duties:
* Manage project costs, budgets and forecasts.
* Review subcontractor and supplier quotations.
* Prepare and assess applications for payment.
* Manage variations, change control and cost reporting.
* Support procurement and subcontract administration.
* Monitor project progress and identify commercial risks.
* Help resolve contractual and payment queries.
* Provide clear commercial updates to the project team and senior management.
Experience:
* Senior Quantity Surveying experience with a subcontractor.
* Experience in reinforced concrete frames, groundworks and/or cut and carve.
* Data centre project experience is preferred.
Package:
