Senior Quantity Surveyor

A respected independent construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their London office. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will provide full quantity surveying services across a range of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. This Senior Quantity Surveyor opportunity will see you leading projects and supporting junior quantity surveyors within a collaborative quantity surveying team. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be based in London, delivering professional cost management and quantity surveying advice throughout the project lifecycle. The Company? The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join an established consultancy operating across London and the South East. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will work with a diverse client base, offering structured quantity surveying support from feasibility through to completion. This Senior Quantity Surveyor role offers responsibility, client exposure and involvement in a steady pipeline of work. The Role As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of the commercial performance of projects from inception to final account. The role will include: Preparing detailed cost plans and feasibility estimates Delivering pre and post contract quantity surveying services Administering contracts under JCT forms Managing procurement processes and tender returns Preparing valuations, variations and final accounts Attending and leading client and design team meetings Supporting and mentoring Assistant Quantity Surveyors The Senior Quantity Surveyor? You will be an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong understanding of the London construction market.
