Senior Residential Support Worker 📍 Ollerton 💼 Full-Time (40 Hours) 💰 £33,500 – £36,500 We’re looking for an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to support young people in a children’s home setting. ✔ 2+ years in residential childcare (incl. shift leading) ✔ Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) ✔ Strong safeguarding & behaviour management ✔ Calm, resilient and nurturing approach What you’ll do: Lead shifts, support young people with complex needs, mentor staff, and help create a safe, structured and therapeutic environment. 💡 1 on / 2 off shifts | Sleep-ins included | Funded Level 5 & training provided
