Service Sales Manager - (HVAC-R)

We’re looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to cover the Northern region (Birmingham through to Newcastle). This is a field-based role focused on service sales, developing long-term client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering consistent sales growth.
What you’ll be doing as Sales Manager/Business Development Manager:
* Managing and developing existing customer accounts while actively winning new service sales business.
* Meeting clients face-to-face to build strong, lasting relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
* Identifying opportunities for additional products and services and sharing market insights with the wider team.
* Preparing and following up quotations to maximise conversion rates.
* Negotiating commercial terms within agreed parameters.
* Representing the business at exhibitions, client meetings, and industry events.
* Providing accurate sales forecasts, reports, and feedback to senior leadership.
What we’re looking for in a Sales Manager/Business Development Manager:
* Proven experience in service sales and account management (ideally within HVAC, industrial/commercial refrigeration, or process cooling).
* A confident communicator who can present, negotiate, and build rapport at all levels.
* Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify and convert opportunities.
* Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
