Site Foreman (Carpentry Background) 📍 Birmingham | Full-Time | Commercial Fit-Out A growing commercial design & build contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Foreman with a carpentry background to support the delivery of projects across Birmingham and the Midlands.   Projects typically include restaurants, bars, hotels and office fit-outs, so experience within commercial refurbishment or interior fit-out environments would be highly beneficial.   This is a hands-on role where you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of site, coordinating trades and subcontractors, while also being willing to work on the tools on smaller projects when required.   Key Responsibilities Day-to-day management of site operations Coordinating subcontractors and trades Maintaining health & safety and site standards Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification Supporting carpentry works on smaller projects while maintaining site oversight Requirements Strong carpentry/joinery background Experience supervising commercial fit-out or refurbishment sites SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS required Good organisational and communication skills Ability to lead on site while remaining hands-on when needed For more information, please contact: David Lane 📞 (phone number removed) ✉️ (url removed)
