Responsibilities and duties of the Site Operations Manager Reporting to the Regional Lead you will: Take full operational ownership of the site Manage and coordinate contractors across maintenance and logistics activities Oversee and manage SLA contracts, ensuring service delivery and performance standards are met Plan and manage maintenance schedules to ensure safe and efficient site operations Work closely with logistics teams to support the movement of biogas via a virtual pipeline and site interface Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, particularly relating to gas systems Act as the on site point of contact for operational issues, resolving problems in a timely and effective manner Maintain high technical standards across all site activities Professional qualifications We are looking for someone with the following: Degree level qualified in an Engineering discipline Strong mechanical background, ideally with hands on experience Experience working with gas systems and associated HSE requirements Experience managing contractors and third party service providers Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling within an industrial environment Personal skills The Site Operations Manager role would suit someone who is: Hands on, problem solving approach Highly detail oriented with a strong focus on safety and compliance Confident managing contractors and holding suppliers accountable Organised and capable of managing multiple workstreams A strong communicator who can work effectively with site and logistics teams Salary and benefits of the Site Operations Manager Competitive Salary Company pension and holiday allowance Internal progression opportunities as the business grows Chance to join a winning team and drive the business forwardINDREN #LI-MS1 Astute People are acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy.
