Responsibilities and duties of the Technical Logistics Manager Reporting to the Regional Lead you will: Plan and manage daily transport schedules to ensure uninterrupted offtake and injection of biogas generated across a portfolio of assets Coordinate closely with haulage providers to ensure efficient fleet utilisation Monitor and adjust logistics plans in real time based on operational demands Liaise on a day to day basis with Plant Managers to ensure schedules are up to date and trucks are expected Ensure availability and positioning of trailers across sites Track fleet movements and optimise turnaround times Work closely with third parties to improve coordination and service delivery Maintain accurate records of movements, performance, and KPIs Be technically adept enough to learn (or already understand) gas injection and its nuances Professional qualifications We are looking for someone with the following: Proven experience in logistics, fleet management, or transport coordination Strong planning and organisational skills in a fast paced environment Ability to respond quickly to operational issues and work hands on when needed Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working across multiple sites Personal skills The Technical Logistics Manager role would suit someone who is: Highly organised with a proactive mindset Comfortable working in a dynamic, operational environment Hands on and willing to resolve issues A strong communicator who can effectively manage internal and external stakeholders Resilient and adaptable under pressure Salary and benefits of the Technical Logistics Manager Competitive Salary Company pension and holiday allowance Internal progression opportunities as the business grows Chance to join a winning team and drive the business forward INDREN #LI-MS1 Astute People are acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy.
