Supply Chain Coordinator High Wycombe | Full-time | Hybrid * Hybrid working model * Newly created role within an expanding team * Good exposure across planning, inventory and international supply * Opportunity to build solid end-to-end supply chain experience An established international healthcare business is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join its growing UK & Ireland team. This is a newly created role offering strong exposure across planning, inventory and operations within a structured, supportive environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring products are available when customers need them, working within a short-term planning horizon of 0 to 6 months. The Role Reporting to the Business Operations & Supply Chain Manager, you will sit at the centre of day-to-day supply operations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a live environment where priorities can shift and communication is key. Your responsibilities will include: * Managing short-term replenishment and monitoring inventory levels * Processing stock movements and receipts within the ERP system * Acting as the first point of contact for supply issues, including allocations and backorders * Supporting import activity including transport coordination and customs processes * Liaising with distribution centres, contract manufacturers and regional supply teams * Monitoring KPIs and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives About You * 2 to 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain Operations * Confident using ERP systems and working with data * Experience within ambient and cold store products would be advantageous * Organised, pragmatic and comfortable managing multiple priorities * Clear communicator who can work effectively with different stakeholders If you’re looking for your next step in supply chain and want a role where you can develop real operational ownership, please apply
