What is important is a dedication to providing first-rate person centred care for your clients, with a sound knowledge of CQC regulations and standards. You will be a compassionate leader who enjoys motivating and developing staff, with a supportive leadership approach. You will champion the provision of person-centred care, and support the team to put clients at the centre of everything they do. The organisation have specialist central teams which will support you in terms of positive behaviour support (PBS) and other back office resources.
