Job Title: Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Sales Hiring

Location: Mainly Remote (Manchester office visits as required)

Pay: £15.38 - £20.51 per hour (based on a salary between £30k - 40K pa and a 37.5 hour working week)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 37hrs pw

Contract: Temporary on going contract 3-6 months with potential for extension

We're looking for a motivated and people‑focused Talent Acquisition Recruiter with proven experience recruiting for sales professionals across all levels, You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring high‑calibre sales talent while ensuring every candidate receives a positive and professional experience.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment and understands how to assess, attract, and secure top sales performers.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for sales roles at all levels, including SDRs, Account Executives, Account Managers, and Sales Leaders
Sourcing and identifying high‑quality sales candidates using a range of channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals)
Conducting in‑depth screening calls to assess sales capability, performance history, targets/quotas, and cultural fit
Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles
Building strong pipelines of active and passive sales talent
Coordinating and scheduling interviews, ensuring candidates are fully prepared and engaged
Providing timely, constructive feedback to candidates throughout the process
Acting as a brand ambassador, delivering a high‑quality and engaging candidate experience
Maintaining accurate candidate records within the ATS/CRM system
Supporting offer management and ensuring a smooth onboarding transition

What We're Looking For

Experience & Skills

Proven experience in recruiting for sales roles across multiple levels (essential)
Background in agency recruitment or high‑volume/fast‑paced internal hiring environments
Strong understanding of sales profiles, KPIs, and performance metrics (e.g. quota attainment, pipeline generation)
Confident communication skills with the ability to influence and build credibility with both candidates and stakeholders
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with experience engaging passive candidates
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
Experience using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, or CRM platforms

Personal Attributes
